Since its inception:
- Industry forums have been held at Conferences on key issues such as quick pay, electronic clearing, Internet couponing, freight and insurance, etc.
- Assisted in development of UCC standards for couponing EDI
- Developed industry in-ad guidelines
- Developed industry internet coupon guidelines
- Notification program for hard-to-handle coupons
- Participation in revision of JICC coupon guidelines, including setting comprehensive reason codes
- Involvement in drafting electronic clearing standards and guidelines
- On going efforts to mitigate hard-to-handle coupons
- Currently working on industry family code communication
- Involvement in GMA and UCC educational forums
